I feel very privileged to have been a friend, a neighbor, a fellow Condo Board Member, a fellow political worker, as well as a fellow follower of the Lord. Rosanna has uplifted and inspired me on many occasions, and I enjoyed our frequent chats in her condo living room while she was sitting in her favorite chair. Our loss is heavens gain and may she never leave our minds until the day that we will meet again at the throne of Glory. May the good Lord enjoy her company as much as I did while she was with us here on earth.

To Roseanna’s Family –
What a very special woman she was. We became good friends many, many years ago at Hope Church. I can still see her great smile and hear her hearty laugh. I treasure the time that we (Ron, me, Carrie & Jenne) spent with her. I’m sure Ron gave her a huge hug and welcome when she arrived in heaven. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Much love, Barb

Dear Patty, Carol and David,
I was so sorry to pick up the Indy paper this morning and see Rosie’s picture. I always thought the world of your Mom. She was one strong woman and she was a wonderful mother. She always had a smile and was great for making people laugh.
It’s just amazing how time flies, but you always love and remember those special people who come into your life. Your Mom was one of those special people. My Mom thought the world of her too.
David, my oldest daughter Allison Clock, just moved to Columbus last April. Her husband, Adam, is a DDS with Dr. Jeff Rhoades on Plaza Drive. Allison is a PA w/ Dr. Chambers (spine surgeon). If you ever happen to meet them, let them know who you are. They sure love that area and the people there have been super.
Take care and hope to see you again some day. Until then, God bless all of you.

Dear Patty, Carol, and David,
I’m so sorry to hear about your mother’s passing. Rae Ann wrote to tell me as she saw it in the Star. Thinking of all of you goes back 50 years!!! We were all kids playing together. I remember Rosie as a smiling, friendly, laughing person. How sad to see her gone!
David–my daughter, Britt, works at the Starbucks on hwy 46 in Columbus! She lives in Nineveh–has since Sept. I’m there quite often–I’ll have to look you up one of these visits! Carol–I shop in Carmel on the way down! Ha! I’d love to see you, also! We’d all have a lot of catching up to do, for sure. I’m teaching in Warsaw. I’ve taught spec. ed. students for 33 years. Unreal.
I’ve rambled enough. Again, you have my condolences.
Mom is in France as Bryce is in the hospital. I know she will be thinking of you, too.
Take care,

My sympathy to all of Rosie’s family.
She was my friend in Rochester High School my senior year. We crossed paths a few times at High School reunions and had mutual friends in Rochester.
She was a great person and always ready to help and do more than her share. She will be missed by all.
God bless all of you.
Susan M Clark says
Please accept my sincerest sympathy in the loss of your mom, a lady who managed to bake us some chocolate chip cookies while she sold Tupperware, loaded up the VW bus for weekend camping, and managed a lively home with three kids. I thought that the day when I learned that the you all were moving to Indianapolis was the end of the world; as a fourth grader, I had a pretty limited world. But your mom was a big part of it. From reading her obit., it sounds as though she lived a full and happy life after leaving here . . . I know that she lived through some bad times, but fortunately, those didn’t last forever. Again, my condolences, a Riddle Elementary School friend,
Susan Clark

I knew Rosie in high school in Rochester. She was two grades ahead of me, but we were in band, glee club and other organizations. She was always such a happy person and so nice to everyone, even undergraduates. I have never thought of her without a smile. What a wonderful legacy she left.

Everyone should have an Aunt Rosie in their life. We met her through our friendship with Ray and Ramona and what a delight she was — so kind and loving. We are sad she has left the lives of those who loved her on earth, but we rejoice, knowing she is completely healed and whole in heaven.

Rosanna, how grievous it is to read of your departure May 18, 2008! Your indomitable spirit and love of live lives on with we who knew you and who were made better for your attention. My incentive to travel to Rochester for the 60th reunion of your RHS Class of 1948, June 21, is greatly diminished, knowing you will not join us there. With love,
Joe Sparks

Dearest Rosanna’s family,
Rosanna was such a lovely lady! We met about 8 years ago at while having Nina make our nails beautiful! Her incredibly kind spirit radiated through her every word. She spoke with such special words of her family but I remember her speaking most often of Bethany. Rosanna always remembered to ask about my children. She loved her family and friends and I am so thankful to have known her. May you be comforted by knowing how special she was to others.
